• Determine your USB modem's model. The tools you use to unlock your modem will depend on the model. You can find the model of the USB modem either printed on the modem itself, or in the Device Manager.                                                                                                                        
• To open the Device Manager, press ⊞ Win+R and type devmgmt.msc. Your modem will be listed in the "Network adapters" or "Ports (COM & LPT)" section.
• Find the modem's IMEI number. The IMEI is usually printed on the box that the modem came in, and may be printed on the modem itself. The IMEI is 15 digits long.
• Generate an unlock code. Search for an unlock code generator that will work for your model. You should be able to find one easily by performing a web search for "model unlock code". Enter your IMEI into the code generator box and write down the code that is generated.                                                        
• Don't run a generator for your IMEI multiple times, as you may permanently lock your modem.
• Download a code writer for your modem model. Now that you have an unlock code, you'll need a code writer program for your modem. You can usually find one by searching for "model code writer". Download the program to your computer so that you can run it.                                                                                  
• Code writers are not official programs, so it may be difficult to find one that you can safely download. Only download code writers from trusted sites, and avoid any download links that force you to fill out surveys or complete other tasks to access the link.                                                                          
• If you can't find a code writer for your modem's model, you may be able to apply the unlock code in Mobile Partner.
• Enter the unlock code into the code writer program. You'll need to select your modem from the list of available devices, so make sure that it is plugged in. Enter your unlock code when prompted and your modem will be unlocked. 
• Insert your new SIM card. Now that your modem is unlocked, you can insert the out-of-network SIM card into it. Refer to your modem's documentation for instructions on changing the SIM card in the modem.                                                                    
• Download the latest version of Mobile Partner. Make sure to get the latest available version to ensure that it is compatible with your operating system. You can download Mobile Partner directly from Huawei at consumer.huawei.com/en/support/index.htm. Search the Downloads section for "Mobile Partner" to find the download link. 
• Install Mobile Partner. Double-click the ZIP file that you downloaded, and then select "Extract all". This will create a new folder containing the setup file for Mobile Partner. • If you didn't use a code writer to unlock your modem, you will be prompted to enter the unlock code now if the SIM doesn't match. Enter the code from the first method to unlock your modem and continue.
• Click the "Call" button. This will open the phone dialer.
• Dial a number or select a contact. When the dialer opens, you can either click the buttons to dial a number manually, or you can select from your contacts to make the call. The number will be dialed and the call will be played through your computer speakers or headphones.
• You'll need a microphone installed in order to talk during a phone call.                                                                                   
• Make a video call. If you have a webcam installed on your computer, you can click the Video call button on the dialer instead to start a video call with the recipient.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS GIVEN BELOW:-

Uninstall unused programs

New PCs come with a whole load of programs you will never use, and you probably don't even know they exist.

Some programs even run background processes when you load your computer, even though you are not using them.

To remove all these pointless programs, open the Control Panel's Programs and Features page, and have a trawl through the list of installed software. Uninstall those that you do not need, while being careful to leave programs your computer's hardware needs (typically their publisher will be listed as the PC maker's name or as Microsoft).

Automatically delete temporary files

                  

Temporary files amass on your computer through everyday tasks and can remain on your hard disk, slowing the computer down. Getting rid of these files, including your internet history and cookies, should give you a larger amount of hard disk space, speeding up your PC.

To do this, open "My Computer", and select your local drive (usually C:\). Select the "Windows" folder and then open the folder titled "Temp".

Use your mouse to right-click on the folder, and in the "View" options, choose "Details". Once this is done, select all the files that are older than the current date and press the delete key. Then go to the Recycle Bin on your desktop and empty it.

Install a solid state drive

Hard drives are the biggest cause of slow speeds and especially slow startup speeds on your PC.While they are not cheap , installing a solid state drive, which have extremely fast read times, can speed up your startup considerably.

 More hard drive storage

Even if you make sure to regularly clean out all your temporarily files, if your hard drive becomes 85 per cent full, it's going to affect your computer's speed.

If you regularly film videos or use your PC for recording television, then you will want as big a hard drive as you can get, upwards of 1TB in size.

Prevent unnecessary start ups

         

This method will primarily affect how long it takes for your laptop or PC to startup, but often many of the programs which are launched on startup continue to run and use up your computer's memory.

To do this, click "Start" and "Run". In "Run", type "msconfig" and then press enter. You should then see the "Startup" tab, with all the programs ticked the ones which will load upon your computer starting up. There is a good chance the list will contain a number of programs you might not have realised were running on your computer during startup, or even at all.

You can either manually deselect those which you do not want to load, or click "Disable All" and then select those you want to run, such as particularly important programs like anti-virus software.Another trick can be removing all the unnecessary fonts Windows loads. Windows 7 loads more than 200 fonts on startup which can slow down the speed at which it boots up. Go to the Start Menu's search box, search for the Fonts folder and check off all the fonts you don't need, and click the "Hide" button in the toolbar.

More RAM

RAM, which stands for Random Access Memory, is the temporary storage memory used by your computer and is in use when tasks are being executed by different programs. Therefore, the more programs you use, the more RAM you need, and the slower your computer will be if you don't have enough.

A clear indicator of not having enough RAM is if your computer slows down every time you try and process large files, or it freezes will carrying out several different actions at once.

You can either add more RAM with an extra memory stick or two, or buy getting completely new memory if all the slots are taken. There is theoretically no upper limit on the amount of RAM that you can have with a 64-bit operating system, but in practical terms 4GB is more than enough for most people.

 Run a disk defragment

Sounds complicated, but this is basically a way of reconfiguring how your hard drive stores information for maximum efficiency.

Go to "My Computer", right-click on the hard drive and select "Properties". Under the "Tools" tab there should be an option to "Defragment Now".

 

Run disk clean up

Windows also includes a built-in disk de-cluttering tool called "Disk Cleanup".

It searches through the system for unnecessary large files such as temporary Internet files, program installers, and so on.

Open Disk Cleanup by clicking "Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup".

 Give your computer a static IP

Another trick for speeding up your computer loading time is to give your computer a static IP address that never changes.

When you startup your computer, it spends a decent amount of time asking the network for an IP address. Not only does having a static IP address make the network easier to manage (particularly if you have several devices using the same network), but it also cuts time off your startup.

To do this, visit the "Network and Sharing Center", and select "Change adapter settings". Right click on your local adapter and select "Properties". You then need to highlight what should be titled "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and click the properties button.

In "Use the following IP address" enter in the correct IP, Subnet mask, and Default gateway which correspond with your network setup.

Make sure to check "Validate settings upon exit" so Windows can find any problems with the addresses you entered.

To find out what your IP, subnet mask and default gateway are, go to "Start" and then "Run", and type in "cmd". At the command prompt, type "IPCONFIG/All" and it should come up, as shown below.

Hoovering out the dust

Again, this sounds a tad radical, but dust is your computer's enemy. It can impede airflow, which is vital to keeping your computer's temperature down, and if your computer is overheating, it is likely it will slow down its performance to cope.

(Incidentally, overheating will also make it impossible to use programs such as Skype, because for the person on the other end of the conversation it constantly sounds like an aeroplane is taking off).

If you have a desktop or a laptop, you can take off the computer's exterior and use a hoover on a low power setting to try and remove some of the dust. Make sure your computer has been switched off for at least 30 minutes and that all cables are disconnected before starting your clean.

Use your hoover with a small attachment, and try either the reverse setting to blow air into the vents and push the dust out, or use its standard suction to try and extract some of the dust.

The sharply creased Arrow makes its point with a 4.2-liter twin-turbo V8 engine sourced from Audi that produces an estimated 1,000 horsepower and is said to help the car hit 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds. Only around 100 are expected to be built.

Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli – $1,200,000

With a slim production run of 25 units expected, this carbon fiber hyper coupe replaces the Evantra in the Italian automaker’s lineup and packs a wallop with a 7.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that’s rated at 1,000 horsepower. It’s claimed to take the low-slung coupe to 60 mph in a sudden 2.7 seconds and reach a felonious top speed of 250 mph.

Ferrari LaFerrari Aptera – $1,400,000

With only 200 planned, this is an open-top version of the luscious LaFerrari hybrid sports car. It’s powered by a 6.3-liter V12 gasoline engine and a 120 kW electric motor that combine to produce the equivalent of 950 raging horsepower. That’s good for a 0-60 mph run in under 3 seconds and a top speed estimated at 217 mph.

Arash AF10 Hybrid – $1,500,000

This hybrid-powered supercar comes from a low-volume English supercar-maker and is built with extensive use of lightweight carbon fiber. The AF10 Hybrid enhances a 550-horsepower 6.2-liter gasoline V8 engine with no fewer than four electric motors in what the automaker calls a “Warp Drive” configuration to achieve a staggering 2,080 horsepower and achieve an estimated 2.8-second leap to 60 mph. A bona fide racing version with a fire extinguisher, roll cage, and intercom costs an extra $100 grand.

Zenvo TS1 – $1,800,000

Coming from a little-known Danish supercar builder, the TS1 was revealed at last year’s Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the brand’s ST1, bolstered with assorted performance enhancements that include a new 5.9-liter V8 with twin superchargers, an estimated 1,100 horsepower, and a top speed of 233 mph. Production is limited to 15 units.

Koenigsegg Regera – $1,900,000

The name translates into English as to “reign” or”rule,” and the Regera indeed rules the road with a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 gasoline engine that’s augmented by three electric motors and puts a combined output of 1,822 horsepower to the pavement. Only 80 units are planned to be built by this Swedish exotic car builder.

Bugatti Chiron – $2,700,000

Bugatti follows up the coveted Veyron 16.4 with the dramatically sculpted Chiron. It’s powered by an updated version of the automaker’s 8.0-liter W16 engine (it’s like two V8s joined at the crankshaft) that nets a truly illegal 1,500 horsepower and can propel the two-seater to 60 mph in a scenery-blurring 2.5 seconds.

Pagani Huayra BC – $2,800,000

Lighter in weight, and with a wider track and more aerodynamic styling than the Huayra upon which its based, it’s named after well-known car collector Benny Caiola (the “BC”). It packs a Mercedes-Benz AMG-supplied 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine with an estimated 750 horsepower. Only 20 units are expected to be built.

 Lykan Hypersport – $3,400,000

Only seven units of the so-called “first Arab supercar” from Dubai’s W Motors are expected to be built, with the first one having already been delivered to the Abu Dhabi police as what could be the speediest cop car on the planet with 780 horsepower under the hood. Aside from a truly quick and attractive supercar, $3.4 million gets you LED headlamps encrusted with 220 diamonds (or other precious stone of one’s choosing) each, among other over-the-top accoutrements. A less-expensive model (at $1.85 million), the Fenyr Supersport, is also available.

Aston Martin MA-RB 00 – $3,900,000

This street-legal racer is slated for the 2018 model year and was developed in conjunction with Red Bull Racing. It will ride on a lightweight carbon fiber structure and come powered by a new V12 engine, with production limited to between 99 and 150 road cars and 25 track-only versions.
